Refund policy

Every item at My First Organics is made to order with your customisable / personalised options so unfortunately we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

Please be sure to double check all customisable and personalisation options before checkout. We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations once an item is in the making. If you have made a is a mistake with your order, please email us straight away and if we haven't started making it we will gladly refund or amend your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty we will offer to fix it and cover postage costs or make a replacement for you.
