Turnaround for made to order garments is currently estimated at 1 week. 

Keepsake orders turnaround is 3 weeks from the date of receiving your Baby Clothes.

Ready to Post Items are in stock & will be sent out the same day.

International Customers - If you are ordering from outside the UK, please check the cost of posting your items to me before purchasing. You are responsible for any customs or duty charges, which may delay your parcel until payment is made. Please ensure a contact phone number and email address are provided at checkout.

Final sale (KEEPSAKES) - Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our keepsakes, all sales are final. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds once a custom keepsake order has been placed. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me before ordering.
