About us

MFO is a small, mama-run business. 

My twin girls were born in 2022 and shortly after I found myself facing redundancy after a decade-long career in the London Property Industry.

My love for sewing has been a constant in my life for over 11 years, often revolving around making my own clothes. I always had trouble finding matching outfits for my daughters in the same size so I took matters into my own hands and started making all of their clothes too.

Having identical twin girls gave me the idea to start embroidering their clothes with their names so our friends and family knew who was who! 

One of my daughters struggled with eczema on her back, so soft and natural fabrics was my key focus, inspiring me to prioritse organic fabrics. Thus My First Organics came to life.

I'm not just a business owner, I'm a mum. Who understands first hand what mothers want and need. My passion lies crafting well-made, comfortable and unique garments for your little ones.
